Bright clear scarlet red.
Nose
Bright, fresh red cherries and currants. Cedar wood notes, cinnamon and cloves.
Palate
Fairly light-bodied. Bright, fresh and juicy cherries and red currants. Good fine, drying tannic structure, excellent acidity balance. Complexities of cedar, coffee, and a light spiciness on the finish.
Overall
A very approachable but fine wine. Fruit-led and lighter in style, but well structured and showing tons of complexity. Very good value.
